Terms & Conditions – Yalla Sport Bangladesh Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Yalla Sport platform and all associated services. "Yalla Sport", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to anyone who has registered an account or is using the Yalla Sport platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on Yalla Sport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Yalla Sport.

Yalla Sport reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on Yalla Sport, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Multiple accounts under the same individual are not permitted.
• Company employees are not permitted to participate in the betting section.

Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and mobile number. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP. You may also be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport as part of the KYC verification process.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit

The following rules apply to deposits on Yalla Sport:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only your own personal Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account may be used.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may require additional verification.

Sports Betting on Yalla Sport follows internationally recognised standards. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• If a match is disrupted due to natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances, the ruling body's guidelines will be followed.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time.
• Yalla Sport reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from an obvious error.

Bet Limits

Each event has set minimum and maximum bet limits. VIP members enjoy higher betting limits. Accounts with unusual betting patterns may be placed under review.

Yalla Sport offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim any promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – the required wagering amount must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements are generally 5x to 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
• Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.

Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, arbitrage betting, or any other attempt to manipulate the system will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Yalla Sport:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
2. Registering with a false identity or inaccurate information.
3. Using hacking tools, viruses, or any malicious software.
4. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or algorithms.
5. Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
6. Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
7. Harassing or defrauding other members.
8. Using the platform in violation of any applicable laws.

Yalla Sport reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).

To close your account, contact our support team. You may also use the self-exclusion option as part of responsible gaming — it's a healthy and responsible step to take.

Yalla Sport is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to technical issues or internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (Mobile Pay, Nagad).
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

Betting is inherently risky. Yalla Sport provides a safe and fair environment, but winning cannot be guaranteed. Always bet within your means.

Yalla Sport treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. Any information we collect is used solely for service delivery, security purposes, and compliance with legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution Process:
